Based at La Bâtie des Vigneaux in the Vallouise valley, Murielle and Richard Alliey are renowned for their know-how and environmentally-friendly practices. In the privileged setting of their Écrins farm, these medal-winning goatherds have been developing their business for almost 30 years. Their fresh cheeses, plain or seasoned, semi-dry and dry, matured tommes and faisselles are eagerly awaited every year at the markets in Vallouise and Briançon. And connoisseurs are always clamoring for their delicious specialty, the whipped blueberry fromage blanc! A house secret rewarded for its innovative character at the "Fromagora" competition in 2019.
