GAEC La Ferme des Écrins

Based at La Bâtie des Vigneaux in the Vallouise valley, Murielle and Richard Alliey are renowned for their know-how and environmentally-friendly practices. In the privileged setting of their Écrins farm, these medal-winning goatherds have been developing their business for almost 30 years. Their fresh cheeses, plain or seasoned, semi-dry and dry, matured tommes and faisselles are eagerly awaited every year at the markets in Vallouise and Briançon.
