    In winter, the apartment also offers many advantages: Pelvoux ski resort 500 m away, Puy Saint Vincent ski resort 6 km away (shuttle bus to Puy Saint Vincent 60 m from the house in winter), Pelvoux skating rink and Igloo village, cross-country skiing, hiking, equipment rental stores 200 m away.

    The house is surrounded by balconies on 3 sides. The apartment is totally independent on the 1st floor, with 2 independent entrances, one on the garden side, the other on the road side. It is adjoined by a small studio apartment rented year-round. During your stay, the first floor and 2nd floor may be used by the owners.
    It offers all the comforts you need for a stay with family or friends.
    The apartment's star room is the bright living room, surrounded by huge windows on three sides, through which you can admire the peaks of the Ecrins.
    The kitchen/dining room is the perfect place to gather large tables next to the bay window, which also offers a large shaft of light.
    ° The three bedrooms (3 single beds and 1 pull-out bed // 1 double bed and 1 single bed
    // 1 double bed) and the sofa bed in the living room allow you to divide up the sleeping arrangements according to the composition of your group, for greater freedom and comfort.
    2 WCs and 2 bathrooms.

    Access to the apartment is either via the path in front of the house, or via the garden. You have access to the garden for the duration of the rental period: mountain stone table under the cherry tree for outdoor meals and aperitifs, barbecue, washing line, large garden running down to the torrent below.
    For the duration of your stay, you'll have access to 3 free parking spaces in the parking lot adjacent to the house.
    When you arrive, we'll provide you with a list of all the activities and good addresses in the area, so you can make the most of your stay!

    ° outside school vacations: 4 nights

    The apartment is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed unless expressly agreed by the owners prior to booking.
