(Artisans Boucher, Charcuterie, Traiteur) since 2018, are holders of the

Tom's CAP (vocational training certificate) as a butcher, then the final Best Apprentice in France; Anthony's CAP (vocational training certificate) as a butcher, then his BP (vocational training certificate) as a butcher, each has shaped its own career path to set up shop in l'Argentière.
Unable to celebrate their Compagnons du Goût title in the shop, Tom and Anthony are giving up nothing! Determined to satisfy their customers and delight them whatever the situation, they now offer a home...Tom's CAP (vocational training certificate) as a butcher, then the final Best Apprentice in France; Anthony's CAP (vocational training certificate) as a butcher, then his BP (vocational training certificate) as a butcher, each has shaped its own career path to set up shop in l'Argentière.

It's an initiative that means less travel for the most vulnerable customers and fewer crowds in shop!
Beef and veal from the Limousin, lamb from Sisteron, mountain pork from the Hautes-Alpes, home-made charcuterie (cabbage sausage, pork and beef sausage, garlic sausage, figatelli, etc.), have we whetted your appetite ?
