If you really want to take some time for yourself, several wellness centres welcome you across the are: sauna-steam bath-Jacuzzi-Nordic bath space at the La Blanche gîte, sauna-steam bath-Jacuzzi at the Aiglière Hotel in Puy Saint Vincent 1400 m, the Jacuzzi-sauna at the St Roch Hotel in Puy Saint Vincent 1400 m, the Amanei beauty-steam bath institute in L’Argentière, and the Spa at the Iscles of Prelles in Saint Martin of Queyrières.

Finally, we recommend trying the mobile sauna in the heart of the Igloo-Pelvoo village at the Pelvoux-Vallouise resort. The concept is simple and truly authentic. Laurent awaits you every evening at his wooden sauna made in the Hautes-Alpes. You will be warmly welcomed with a cup of tea.
