Ski discovery area

It is possible for everyone to learn to ski: the Essarts section at the bottom of the valley is particularly well suited to beginners and children, with a learner and beginner ski lift. It is the ideal place to try skiing and discover the joys of sliding on gentle slopes. There is also a snow garden for your children.

Ski school

The Pelvoux-Vallouise resort has one ski school that is available to teach your children all kinds of snow sports. Don’t hesitate to contact them for more information to organise your family holiday.

Sledging

There is a dedicated area on the snow front where adults and children can enjoy sledging together. Open until 8 p.m.

Warning! Sledging is prohibited on the ski slopes.

Events

A packed and varied events programme. In addition to the major events throughout the season, there are many daily activities on offer: sledge or snow tubing races, snowman competition, snow football, family games, fun workshops, film screenings, conferences, not forgetting the magical, traditional torch-lit ski descents.

You can also explore Igloo Pelvoo, at the foot of the Pelvoux slopes. The Igloo Village is open every day from 12:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
